Kinga Pocsveiler, MSc. Mathematics and Informatics. I’ve started my career as a high school computer programming teacher before joining Nokia Research Center, where I worked in various positions over the 12 years spent with the company. As a mother of three children, aged 11 to 17, I see the need of introducing kids to computer literacy at an early age to nurture creativity rather than consumption of digital media. After our relocation my new passion became to introduce as many children as possible to the opportunities offered by computers, and I do not mean being a passive gamer :). In addition to teaching at several elementary schools, I am passionate about arts and science, and volunteer at art and science programs, such as Hour of Code, Art Attack, Art Corps, and Science Field Day.
